Affordable hotel near Washington, D.C. Breakfast was nice. Free parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hallways were not very clean and there was some renovations going on, but room was clean and comfortable.

It is exactly what is needed when you just need a cheap and clean place to stay near DC. It is a great alternative to staying in DC. It is easy to hop into town or go anywhere nearby. DC already has a lot of traffic, so you'll deal with that regardless. But overall, super clean (and thankfully NO bugs! 👍) and comfortable for how much you pay and where it's located.

Your staff member ms.nicki is pleasant each time we come as well as morning desk person. Breakfast lady always helpful even when she was in pain.enjoyed my stay so much bought my family with me.even landry lady very sweet.keep up the Good work

Ms. Green was wonderful, we told her how we just had an terrible experience at another place that had bugs…. & she assured we won’t have that problem here & we didn’t! just by her appearance & attitude she mad me us feel comfortable. WE WILL COME BACK FOR HER! if y’all was thinking about giving her a raise or promotion, DO IT! lol thank you Ms.Green

Location was GREAT ...For the 50th Anniversary Celebration held in Upper Marlboro closeby! VERY Clean/Nice accommodations! Last minute Shops/Malls nearby!
